As a matter of interest, we thought we would give you some interesting and disturbing facts about homosexual adults, youths and homophobia. It is important that statistics exist to help us improve society to prevent discrimination and gain a greater understanding of homosexuality as despite to what ignorant people think, Gay people are just people at the end of the day.

General Statistics

11% of the London population admit to a homosexual experience but in rural areas 1 in 100 admit to this.

In America Cities 1 in 11 adults admit to be Gay but in rural areas 1% admit to being Gay.

Average wage for Gay people in London was 22k whilst it is 19k for the general population.

Nearly 50% of British adults visit nightclubs and the rest of the population it is around 1 in 9 visit a nightclub.

7 in 10 Gay people had internet access compared to 1 in 5 for the rest of the population.

7 in 10 Gay people have a credit card whilst the rest of the country has 1 in 2.

6 in 10 Homosexuals have a debit card compared to 2 in 5 of the general population.
